Taste of the NFL - Cleveland, Ohio

The party with a purpose is billed as the premier food and wine tasting extravaganza.  Held in 31 cities throughout the United States, top chefs pair with NFL teams' alumni and current players to create an event that will not be forgotten.

The 2005 Cleveland Browns Celebrity Dinner was held Monday, October 10that the Cleveland Browns Stadium Club Lounge.  Once again, the event sold out and attendees were able to indulge in the cuisine from each of the chefs, pose for photographs with the players and receive autographs.  Sponsored by MBNA, the 7th annual celebrity event raised over $100,000 for the Cleveland Foodbank, and that didn't even include proceeds from the silent auction that awarded successful bidders highly coveted sports memorabilia and other items.

Eight current Browns players and thirty alumni, which included former Judge and Cleveland attorney Dick Ambrose, took the same enthusiasm that brought them to the NFL to help support the Foodbank that provides food and support to the hungry.
