Ever attend a professional cooking class?
You may consider yourself a pretty fair cook; one that can whip up rather impressive dishes and entertain with the best of your peers. But I promise you, a night with Loretta at one of her culinary cooking classes, and even the most accomplished cooks consider it a learning experience. Loretta Paganini absolutely defines the epitomy of a multi-tasker.You've seen nothing until you've seen her put together a fabulous meal like she does at her cooking classes.
At her school one night in September, a group of people attended Loretta's Taste of Italy night, feasting on Shrim
p Scampi, Italian Wedding Soup, Linguine with White Clam Sauce, Chicken Cacciatora, Cavatelli Arrostiti (with homemade pasta), and Cannoli Alla Siciliana (my mouth still waters over these).Although Loretta provides the recipes to her attendees, you still had to make notes on her recipes because she does a lot of things the “Paganini way” - which is what makes her dishes absolutely “to die for.”
You are encouraged to bring your own bottle of wine, but Loretta provides the rest, even including audience participation which, by the end of the evening, provided the group with quite a bit of humor and entertainment. (Everyone appeared to be intoxicated by the aroma of Loretta's exquisite dishes.) After perusing the glazed over eyes around the room, everyone was quite impressed. But they had fun with it and enjoyed the entire experience tremendously.
Most people would never think about attending a cooking class like this or consider it a highly enjoyable evening out, yet Wine Savant highly recommends to all our readers - take in one of Loretta's classes. One guarantee - you'll be blown away! She's not only talented in the kitchen, but she has a great sense of humor
and keeps the audience engaged throughout the class. She offers a wide variety of ethnic cuisine so you're sure to find something that seriously tempts your palate and senses.
Her impressive new culinary institute, currently under construction in Chesterland, Ohio, features the latest in cutting edge culinary equipment.Multiple classrooms are designed for specific culinary functions and allow students the ability to visualize and experience first hand what they are learning. Northeast Ohio will benefit greatly from this 'much needed' professional culinary school and it's exciting to see Loretta Paganini spearheading it.
